Addressing the selection criteria is the most important part of your application. Many capable applicants are not selected for interview because their application does not convince the selection committee that they have the skills to meet the selection criteria.
Note: A selection panel will not generally review your CV until you have convinced them from your responses that you have the skills and experience that they are specifically looking for.
