In developing our business methodology, we realised that we needed to create a unique methodology that would add value to the approaches that already exist. Consequently, we took the time to seek out the best in project management standards and practices upon which to base our methodology.
Our Methodology is based on 6 Basic principles, Briefing, Sourcing, Delivery, Review, Offer and Support.

The TLCiTStaff methodology is an approach that integrates our client’s profiles and cultures, business drivers, goals and limitations, whilst trying to ensure our candidates needs, wants and development requirements are met.
